Founder and Director of Workspace AV, Luke has built his career across a broad span of the technology industry, from data centres to cruise ships and much of the commercial AV world in between. That breadth of experience, together with a longstanding passion for technology and audio, is what led him to establish Workspace AV.
Luke works closely with clients to understand their space and show them what is genuinely possible, drawing on his experience to guide each project with confidence. He approaches every engagement as the beginning of a long-term relationship rather than a single project, and many clients continue to work with the business well beyond their first. He is equally invested in the people behind Workspace AV, mentoring the team and taking real pride in seeing them develop into experienced professionals within the industry.

Alex leads technical sales and estimating at Workspace AV, bringing a sharp technical eye and a methodical, curious approach to every project he designs and prices. He built his foundation in the distribution and sales sector, developing broad experience across the audiovisual industry, from video walls and projectors to sound systems, wireless microphones, cameras and video conferencing.
His ability to interpret a brief, resolve technical challenges and land on the right solution has made him a trusted point of reference within the team. It is that combination of curiosity, creativity and practical knowledge that allows him to translate complex requirements into considered, workable designs for clients.

As Project Manager, Will oversees the planning and delivery of Workspace AV projects, managing budgets, schedules, resourcing and quality from start to finish. He brings a genuinely varied background to the role, having spent three years touring Australia with international artists in the live music industry and thirteen years in the electrical trade before moving into audiovisual project management.
Will works closely with clients throughout each project to ensure their expectations are not only met but exceeded, keeping quality and clear communication at the forefront. Collaborative and easy-going by nature, he is a natural problem-solver who builds strong working relationships across both the team and the client base.

Lead AV Technician at Workspace AV, Zack has been with the business since its earliest days, joining as an apprentice and progressing to lead installations on site from start to finish. Over that time he has worked across an extensive range of systems, developing a thorough, practical knowledge of the intricacies of complex audio-visual systems.
Zack works closely with the wider team to ensure every installation meets the client's brief in full, overseeing each system through to commissioning and final handover. For all the technical detail involved, his favourite moment is still switching on a fully installed, fully programmed system and watching a space come to life.

As Project Administrator, Britt keeps Workspace AV running smoothly behind the scenes. From procurement and invoicing to onboarding, apprentice support and general office coordination, she manages the administration that keeps projects and the wider business on track, and rarely lets anything slip through the cracks.
Britt brings a background spanning the education and automotive industries, which has given her a strong combination of patience, organisation and people skills. Methodical and dependable, she plays a central role in making sure the team has the support it needs to deliver.

A computer engineer by training, Tom programs and commissions audiovisual and IT systems across both commercial and residential projects for Workspace AV. His strengths lie in problem-solving, system design and architecture, and client relations, which he brings together to ensure each system performs reliably and intuitively for the people who use it. It is work that sits closely alongside his own interests, and his enthusiasm for the technology shows.
Tom also has a natural feel for the client-facing side of the role, drawing on the parallels between managing people and managing systems. He brings that combination of technical depth and client awareness to every project he delivers.

As Pre-construction Coordinator, Hannah brings together the technical, design and practical requirements of each project before it moves into delivery. Working closely with clients, designers, builders and the Workspace AV team, she coordinates project information, technical documentation and design detail to ensure every solution is thoroughly considered and ready for a smooth transition to site.
With a background in design, having worked as a technical illustrator and then a technical coordinator, Hannah connects design intent with delivery in a way that keeps every party aligned. Detail-oriented and always looking for a more efficient way of working, she brings a thoughtful, considered approach to the documentation and coordination that underpins each project.
