Working closely with Wingate's team on their new 2,000 square metre Melbourne office, we set out to design a premium, client-facing experience for every space in the building, from the concierge desk through to the executive suites. The scope spanned everything from a boardroom and executive suites through to meeting rooms, breakout areas, concierge and training spaces, each designed as a genuinely top-tier, front-of-house environment.

Across the smaller and medium rooms, Logitech hardware runs in a wireless BYOD configuration using Barco Clickshare, so anyone can present without hunting for a cable, while Logitech's ecosystem also manages room scheduling throughout the building. In the larger meeting spaces, we moved to a Biamp platform: the premium boardroom pairs ceiling microphones and speakers with a Poly E70 camera for a genuinely high-end meeting experience, matched by a Crestron control system running the logic behind the scenes and hearing augmentation built into every client-facing room.

The training space was designed to flex with the business. Two rooms can operate independently or combine into one, and the transition is entirely automatic: partition sensors detect the position of the operable wall and reconfigure the room's audio and control without any input from staff, whichever way the space is being used on the day.

The outcome is an environment where every space, from a modest meeting room to the executive suites, delivers that premium experience consistently, a result that gave Wingate the confidence to continue the relationship and bring us into their Sydney office next.
